Looking for a fun family activity? Build reading and physical literacy skills by visiting the Hanna Library Story Walk, at the Fox Lake walking trail, on August 20th.
A story walk is an outdoor reading experience, where a children’s book is posted, page by page, along a path. The story will be available from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, starting near the J.C. Charyk ball diamonds and continuing west down the walking path towards Fox Lake.
Families can read the story at their own pace while exploring the natural world. Walk or drive down to Fox Lake from 5:30-7:00PM and join the Family Resource Networks for s’mores, games, and conversation. Please register for S’mores & More by calling 403-820-3573.
